Job Description

We are looking for a Product Writer with UX writing skills to reinforce the Product Education team in our headquarters in Lausanne, Switzerland.

Nexthink is all about experience. In this role you will design the learning experience of our users, guiding them through our product, choosing clear and simple words. Together with a second writer, you will be responsible for documenting new features through in-product documentation, articles on our documentation website and product release notes. You will be working closely with product managers, engineers and product designers.

Qualifications

Apply if you have the following qualities:

  • English native language
  • Ability to express complex concepts in simple instructions/guidance
  • Outstanding writing skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Background in computer science (preferred Bachelor’s degree)
  • Faculty to work independently and in a team
