About the Job
You will join our talent acquisition team and work closely with the key stakeholders, recruiter, and management to schedule and coordinate interviews and manage the onboarding processes. This is a great opportunity for someone who has a passion for building world-class teams. We're looking for someone who thrives in the very early stages of a company and is self-driven.


    • Work closely with the recruiters, candidates and hiring managers to schedule interviews and phone screens.
    • Update candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems to ensure data in reports are accurate.
    • Collect feedback from interviewers.
    • Coordinate post-interview debrief scheduling and share consolidated feedback before the debrief.
    • Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status.
    • Update the Hiring Managers on the new hires who have been on-boarded.
    • Create offer letters and contracts. Collect onboarding information from candidates.
    • Own candidate experience; ensuring timely communication throughout the interview process.
    • Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.
    • Assist in the coordination of other recruiting and operations related activities as needed.


    • At least 2 years of experience as a recruiting coordinator.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Very organised and detail-oriented.
    • Hands on experience with various selection processes like phone interviews, offer letter creation, onboarding details collection.
    • Ability to prioritise and complete projects.

Nice to haves

    • Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems.
    • Familiarity with recruiting tools like LinkedIn, Github, AngelList.
We are a globally distributed and remote-first company, but we’re looking for a candidate based in India for this role. We’re open to working with candidates from anywhere in India. You can expect very competitive cash and equity compensation, and group health insurance coverage.
