We’re looking to onboard an IT Administrator to scale and support our teams effectively. You will be the first member of this team, and therefore would be able to help set the direction and foundations of the IT organization at FLYR. 
What will your destination look like at FLYR?
-Managing and configuring hardware and software to meet company objectives.
-Define and oversee processes to deliver zero-touch laptop provisioning for employees.  
-Defining and managing access control and service provisioning processes for employee onboarding and exits.  
-Responding to day-to-day help desk tickets for all employee, and managing vendors to ensure coverage for off hours
-Creating and maintaining self-service documentation to enable employees 
-Assist the development & security organization to maintain compliance
What should you pack for this trip?
-Excellent communication and a customer-first attitude
-Extensive experience with IT systems, networks, and related technologies
-Experience using Jira and Jira Service Desk
-Experience in a Mac-based environment, preferably managing an MDM solution
-3+ years experience in an IT role
-Exceptional organizational and time management skills
-Curiosity to learn more and desire to push the organization to the next level

Boarding Call
Initial Screen - Active candidates are screened against the criteria listed above
Introductory Call - A FLYR team member will reach out for an initial call to learn more about each other.
Hiring Manager Call - The hiring manager will then speak with the candidate further about the role & the candidate’s skills
Skills Challenge - An opportunity to show off their talents!  Candidates are asked to complete a short work prompt that assesses the skills that relate to the role they have applied for.
Onsite/Virtual Onsite - A series of meetings with the hiring team/team members to finalize our evaluation of each candidate.
