What’s this role about?

As a Marketing Operations Specialist you’ll be responsible for executing data-driven initiatives to maximize the efficiency of our marketing programs. You’ll work as part of a team to support all aspects of database maintenance and improve our overall data quality.

What will I be doing?

You will:

  • Maintain data quality & cleanliness within the marketing database.
  • Conduct data audits and develop programs to correct uncovered issues.
  • Monitor data creation processes and ensure that critical data points are populated and accurate, including program attribution data.
  • Leverage Salesforce and Marketo data to provide ongoing metrics in support of marketing campaign effectiveness by building dashboards and reports.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Operations team to enhance and optimize the lead management process and automation, ensuring leads are getting routed accurately.
  • Process leads for uploading to our databases using various tools and methods.
  • Perform daily quality control checks on new inbound leads.
  • Handle and prioritize simultaneous requests from various stakeholders at all levels in the organization.
  • Monitor and report on database quality metrics.
  • Document current and new processes.

What are we looking for?

  • A data-driven individual and self-starter who works quickly and independently, but knows when to ask for help vs go-it-alone.
  • An analytical thinker and problem solver extraordinaire, who can work through complex scenarios efficiently.
  • Someone who is organized, has great time management skills, and a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation databases (preferably Salesforce and Marketo).
  • Experience with reporting tools and campaign attribution.
  • An eye for deatil (i.e., you had a visceral reaction to this typo).
  • A strong technical aptitude with an ability and willingness to learn new things quickly.
