About the opportunity:
As the newest member of our growing People squad, you will directly impact the success of Appriss from both an operational and strategic perspective. This role is critical to helping our people thrive as we continue to integrate new teams while building and scaling our human capital processes.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

Bring a really healthy appetite because your plate will always be full! On any given day, you'll be asked to:

  • Understand people dynamics, organizational strategy and enact change.
  • Assist in the development and management of thoughtful and scalable HR policies and procedures that balance employee experience with legal requirements.
  • Engage in data-driven problem solving and provide trend analysis to solve organizational challenges
  • Drive company-wide D&I initiatives and ensure our policies and practices are applied fairly and consistently across the company.

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS in Business Administration, Finance or a related field. MBA is a bonus
  • 8+ years HR and/or Management Consulting experience 
  • Worked in tech/software, high-growth and/or start-ups
  • Experience with HRMS/HRIS systems; preferably Workday
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
