Job Description

Live events provide unforgettable experiences for billions around the world every year, and SeatGeek is the fastest growing player in the space. As SeatGeek continues to scale, it is crucial that the business maintains strong growth while improving operational efficiency and alignment. 

As Project Manager, Revenue Strategy, you will ensure that SeatGeek’s Enterprise Team continues to drive growth for the business. You will analyze revenue-related trends and lead major cross-team projects. You’ll also support and advocate for the rest of the Enterprise Team through goal setting, culture survey analysis and internal communications. You’ll report to our Head of SeatGeek Enterprise Revenue Strategy.

What you’ll do

  • Lead large cross-team projects that involve stakeholders across the business with an eye towards revenue growth & profitability
  • Work closely with Analytics, Finance and Sales teams to size opportunities, track KPIs and share our successes (and failures!) to internal and external stakeholders 
  • Develop, improve and communicate our value proposition via case studies, presentations & keynotes
  • Closely partner with our Consumer team on strategy, team alignment, GTM approach and overall execution  
  • Drive efficiencies through effective inter- and intra-departmental collaboration
  • Oversee quarterly goal setting for the entire Enterprise organization, ensuring alignment, quality and efficiency
  • Manage internal communications to the Enterprise organization through all hands meetings and company-wide newsletters
  • Work alongside SeatGeek’s People Team to identify and take actions based on the results of quarterly culture surveys

What you have

  • 3-5 years experience in an operations or strategy role, preferably at a growth stage company 
  • Experience overseeing cross-functional projects from start to finish
  • Strong analytical skills and experience setting, monitoring and maintaining a budget & long-range plan
  • Experience working on internal communications and goal setting
  • Experience presenting to and working closely with internal and external leaders
