As a Senior Creative Project Manager, you’ll be working alongside a thriving creative team to create and deliver cutting edge and diverse creative projects across a variety of cross-functional teams and channels.  The ideal candidate is experienced, highly organized people-person with a keen attention to detail and with a proven track record of successfully partnering with in-house teams and external agencies on large campaigns and productions.

You will:

    • Lead creative project development from planning to handoff and all aspects of the projects including vetting, resourcing, scheduling, communication and risk/mitigation management
    • Assist with prioritization and resourcing of creative projects
    • Partner with Producers and other Project Managers in project development 
    • Work with multiple creatives as part of a large Creative department
    • Hold responsibility for the reporting and dashboard maintenance of your projects 
    • Be responsible for escalating and clearly communicating roadblocks or issues that arise throughout the lifecycle of your projects
    • Mentor and collaborate with other project managers on the team
    • Assist in regular scrum meetings to keep both the Creative and Cross-functional partners updated on project status

You Are:

    • Experienced in managing cross-channel campaigns and creative projects
    • Deadline-driven, strategic and meticulous in your planning
    • Collaborative and able to drive consensus between multiple stakeholders
    • Excited to be multitasking while never losing track of the bigger goal
    • Comfortable with the ambiguous moments that come with working with a scaling in-house team 
    • Highly emotionally intelligent, always leading by example with empathy and humility while being willing to proactively uncover and mitigate potential bottlenecks
    • Committed to fostering a highly supportive and collaborative workplace culture
    • Self-motivated, tenacious, resourceful and flexible

You Have:

    • 6+ years of project management experience in marketing, creative or production teams
    • 3+ years of marketing & cross channel experience
    • Experience responding to and managing senior leadership expectations
    • Solid experience with project management tools 
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
