Do you like the puzzle of distilling complex ideas into concise, clear ad copy? Want to be part of building the marketing messaging for a new brand that’s a true innovator in its space? We'd love to meet you. As a Senior Copywriter for Growth Marketing, you’ll work across multiple channels to craft fresh, compelling ad copy that will drive growth—and bring the brand to life for the newest members of our community. Focusing primarily on user acquisition and growth marketing, you’ll work on static, animated, video, and search ads, as well as landing page tests, marketing emails, and more. Beyond writing copy, you’ll work closely with the User Acquisitions Team to help shape A/B test hypotheses and use test results to inform future copy iterations. Our in-house creative team likes to push the envelope, and we’re looking for someone with passion and excellent execution.

What You’ll Do

    • Write short, concise ad copy seen by millions of people.
    • Work across multiple user acquisition channels, including static ads, animation, video, search ads, landing pages, and more.
    • Help define messaging hypotheses for A/B tests based on audience insights.
    • Write direct, clear, functional, hard hitting marketing copy.
    • Work to understand test results and incorporate learnings into future iterations.
    • Ensure brand voice consistency across your projects.
    • Provide excellent, thoughtful insight and feedback.
    • Contribute to brainstorming sessions across many projects, not only your own.

What we’re looking for:

    • Experienced. You have 4 - 5 years of experience crafting marketing copy.
    • Strategic. You have a keen business sense, and can help create the A/B test hypotheses behind the copy you write.
    • Empathetic. You take time to understand the audiences you write for—and speak directly to their needs and emotions.
    • Analytical. You’re not afraid to dive into the data, using audience insights to help shape your copy.
    • Collaborative. You’ll work side-by-side with designers, marketing managers, and more.
    • Articulate. You can express the intentions behind your words and ideas.
