ABOUT THE ROLE:
 
The People team at Reonomy is in search for our first Senior Manager of Talent! We envision this person will be energized to lead and manage a team of skilled recruiters in a dynamic environment. In this role, you will take full ownership of executing on talent strategy, ongoing DIBE initiatives, talent branding, and more! We'll also look to this person to run full cycle recruitment and hire exceptional talent for senior level and Executive searches. As our Sr. Talent Manager, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining a positive culture of collaboration and feedback to ensure team members are following hiring best practices and performing at the highest level.
 
Ultimately, we are looking for a humble & positive professional who will lead by example to inspire and enable our Talent team to attract and hire Reonomy’s most valued asset – its people!

Responsibilities Include:

    • Run full cycle recruitment for various levels of roles, including Executive searches
    • Identify hiring needs in order to efficiently scale and accomplish company objectives
    • Manage Talent team and ensure seamless collaboration with People teams and cross functionally
    • Execute skilled and personalized outbound cadences to talent, lead kickoff meetings, create JDs, and conduct phone screens to identify both technical and soft skills
    • Ideate, design and implement talent based initiatives that support skill development, DIBE strategies and exceptional hiring practices
    • Coach and train hiring managers and interviewers on inclusive hiring best practices, interview etiquette & techniques
    • Maintain cleanliness and data accuracy in our ATS and create strong data reporting metrics to track success of Talent team and hiring practices
    • Invest in the team's and individual development by following Reonomy’s Manager Standards (i.e. holding regular 1:1s, discussing professional goals, identifying areas of growth, etc.)
    • Own talent branding strategy and work strategically with partners and internal marketing team to create compelling content for prospective talent
    • Lead and act through our values by providing consistent feedback and coaching when needed
    • Source, manage and delegate all Talent partnerships appropriately
    • Work collaboratively across the organization to build effective relationships in an effort to achieve cross functional outcomes

ABOUT YOU:

    • 5-7+ years in a recruiting/talent function in a SaaS environment
    • 1+ years of leadership and management experience, preferably at high growth startup
    • Proven record of hiring exceptional talent at all levels, including Executive level
    • Technical acuity & understanding of engineering functions and current technology trends
    • Experience owning and developing new and appealing talent branding opportunities
    • Metric focused approach to recruitment 
    • Proficiency using ATS systems (Lever preferred) and sourcing tools
    • Leads by example with a high level of humility and an eagerness to mentor
