Role Overview:

As the Manager of the Talent/Sales Development Representative (SDR) team, you will lead the team of individual SDRs responsible for daily activities and prospecting talent opportunities that ensure our talent org goals are met. The SDSR Manager's goal is to ensure that the SDRs are finding and sourcing opportunities that have high potential and partnering with the Talent Acquisition (Sales) team to build a robust pipeline. You will also serve as a “player-coach”, training SDRs to develop the skills needed to grow their career at Cameo and move into a Talent Acquisition role. You will be a source of knowledge for the SDRs to help onboard, train, and mentor them to become our next generation of talent acquisition representatives.

Role Deliverables & Expectations:

  • Develop and train members of the SDR team to find qualified opportunities - how to find pertinent contact information for celebrities, athletes, musicians.
  • Ensure SDRs improve sourcing and CRM performance over time by providing mentoring and feedback in recurring 1:1s
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to identify new markets, emerging markets, niche verticals, and high potential categories for talent to join Cameo
  • Train and mentor TDRs on how to use various websites, databases, and Talent IQ software to prospect qualified opportunities and rising stars
  • Coach and mentor team on running Inbound talent application opportunities. You’ll work closely with SDRs to make sure they are identifying and onboarding high potential talent through our inbound application channel.
  • Partner with Sales Operations to build dashboards to supervise engagement and goal progress
  • Help your team build incredible Talent IQ
  • Train and develop talent acquisition sales skills by practicing cold calling, outbound emails, and listening in on calls
  • Ensure SDRs are partnered closely with their TA team and have a detailed understanding of the team’s pipeline
  • Work cross-functionally to provide insightful, measurable, and data-driven feedback to the team and leadership.
  • Find areas for growth and development.

What You Will Bring To The Table:

  • 5+ years in Sales with at least 1+ years experience managing a sales team
  • Lead with no ego, have outstanding organization, and growth mentality

  • Creative: you constantly think of new insights and opportunities. You’re always pushing your team to think creatively and take on new challenges
