Alice raises the take-home pay of working Americans. Our software turns everyday expenses like train tickets, tylenol, and tampons into tax free income on hourly workers’ paychecks.

You may already know about pretax benefits...FSAs, HSAs, commuter benefits, HRAs and the rest of the HR alphabet soup.

Alice turns it all into one experience—Pretax Spending—and makes it usable by all employees, especially America’s 80 million hourly employees who are suffering from the worst income inequality in decades. 

Right now, more than half the country doesn’t have even $400 for an emergency. When employees spend on healthcare, childcare, and commuting, Alice adds money back to their take home pay. No interest, no fees, nothing to pay back. It’s their money. 

That $50 copay at the doctor becomes $50 of tax free income. A $200 monthly bus pass becomes $200 of tax free income. Prescriptions, contact lenses, sunblock—the list is long. When these expenses are pretax, employees keep hundreds more of their pay and employers pay less in payroll taxes.

We're looking for our head of employee marketing!

We’re looking for a marketing leader to join our team remotely and supercharge the enrollment machine we’re building. As our Head of Employee Marketing, you will define, own and operate our consumer marketing function, including budget, strategy, growth and acquisition, retention, brand positioning, and creative. As a valued thought partner, you will be working collaboratively with multiple teams across our company. You will bring an ownership mentality and a growth mindset.


As a marketing leader at Alice, you will be a driving force in getting millions of working Americans more money in their paychecks.

Specifically, we’ll rely on you to navigate the day-to-day challenges of marketing to the employees of our customers...

  • Oversee and support enrollment marketing and social media marketing.
  • Select and manage the consumer marketing tech stack for success at Alice.
  • Develop and deploy social media marketing for enrollment as well as brand awareness.
  • Develop and deploy enrollment retargeting marketing in appropriate channels.
  • Determine appropriate PR strategies and tactics.
  • Develop a public speaking strategy associated with critical industry events for thought leadership.
  • Supervise a marketing team, including hiring, training, workloads, schedules and deadlines.
