THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a Global Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team in São Paulo! 

The Gympass Wellbeing Engagement team is seeking a hands-on professional with strong communication skills and a highly scalable mindset to coordinate Global campaigns and strategic initiatives hand in hand with our Regional teams. The main mission of this role is to improve employee enrolment and sign-up rate within our current clients. This person will talk to several internal stakeholders to deploy these initiatives on a global scale. This individual will be responsible for the daily execution and project management of end-to-end milestones & on-time delivery. By exploring different communication channels and trying new innovative mechanisms, this person will find ways of supporting our Clients to inform and promote Gympass features to their employees.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Support the deployment of Wellbeing Culture Transformation through digital, efficient and fast paced replicable processes;
  • Run experiments to improve enrolment growth from HR channels and activation - Familiarity with B2B2C approach;Execute client lifecycle communication to drive enrolment (Digital) - automated launch & engagement workflows;
  • Create an effective communication plan to global enrolment growth initiatives (webinars, promotional deals, go-to-market campaigns);
  • Execute massive digital communications with clients to nurture them about seasonal campaigns, creative hub updates, success stories (enrolment), etc;
  • Liaise  engagement communications with different Gympass Communications Efforts (Content, Client Success, User Growth, Enterprise Marketing and others);
  • Constant interaction with Regional Wellbeing and Client Success teams and other stakeholders in order to coordinate campaigns and local communication strategies;
  • Guide and make recommendations regarding how to most effectively engage customers across digital channels, to support business objectives, and improve B2B2C experience.

WHO YOU ARE 

  • 4+ years experience in Marketing / Communication areas with full proficiency in coordinating Global and Local campaigns with cross-functional teams;
  • Global team player with fluent written, verbal, & conceptual skills in both English and Portuguese;
  • Vast experience working with creative teams, including design and copywriting;To have an escalable mindset to create and deploy standard initiatives in order to generate a wide and significant impact;
  • Experience working in an agile setting with Atlassian suite (Jira/Confluence), or other project management tools;
  • Considerable experience with CMS and CRM platforms, SalesForce or similar;
  • Involvement in tracking results with a structured and organized mindset;
  • Familiarity with Google package, such as Google Sheets and Slides.It's a bonus if you have:
  • Experience in A/B experimentation platforms such as SalesForce Marketing Cloud or similar;
  • Basic  HTML, PDF Editor and Javascript experience (can write basic code for simple content and experimentation needs):
  • Good writing and verbal communication skills (including presentation skills);
  • Have a strong sense of ownership and determination to get things done, with eagerness to grow with hands-on mindset;
  • Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously;
  • Passion for changes and adapt yourself easily to new scenarios:
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines;
  • Strong team player spirit.
