THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a Client Success Manager to join our Client Success Team in São Paulo! 

YOUR IMPACT

  •  Strategic management of our customers' indicators: financial analysis, monitoring sales results and creating strategies to enhance results;
  • Planning and implementing actions with customers to generate increased sales, such as: virtual activations, digital campaigns, incentive campaigns, etc;
  •  Propose improvements in processes, ensuring that the operation and daily routines are aligned with the customer's expectations;
  • Mediate conflicts, proposing a solution that satisfies the customer and also the business;
  • Identify new opportunities with existing customers;
  •  Assist in the process of contractual renewals;
  •  Extract and analyze data to transform it into relevant information;
THE QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION ARE
  • Previous experience in Sales, Client Success, Trade Marketing or Channel Marketing will be considered differentials;
  • Graduated;
  • Advanced / fluent English.
