Job Summary

This position will effectively manage the recruiting process for open positions, with the majority being technical roles. This will include communication with candidates and managers, sourcing and screening, presentation of candidates, and candidate offers.  The Recruiter will be experienced in behavior-based interviewing techniques and will have the ability to quickly learn about the specialized functions within the Company, as well as quickly get up-to-speed understanding the organizational structure.   The Recruiter will have a practical knowledge of all federal and state laws regarding employment practices.  

Duties & Responsibilities

    Work with the People Operations team to learn and fully understand the business, position requirements, and then ensure appropriate recruiting protocols are followed throughout the recruiting process.
    Work with hiring managers to post open, approved, and budgeted positions.
    Evaluate and interview, then present qualified candidates to the hiring manager(s), receive feedback from managers on candidates interviewed and adjust search/sourcing as appropriate.
    Provide updates to Hiring Managers and People Operations on the status of openings.
    Establish and use effective sourcing methods to recruit top talent, including social media, team member referrals, career/job fairs, networking events, user groups, and other resources.
    Coordinate interview schedules from first-line interview to final interview, as well as assist with travel arrangements for the candidates, as necessary.
    Effectively conduct first line interviews, provide feedback to hiring managers and make recommendations on all interviewed candidates; collect and retain all interview selection materials.
    Work with hiring managers to establish offer terms and offer positions to selected candidates; this includes understanding internal equity and salary range guidelines.
    Practice and advocate diversity and inclusion in all hiring practices.
    Professionally and effectively communicate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the entire recruiting process, as well as update candidates’ information in applicant tracking tool.
    Establish, utilize and report out on recruiting success metrics.
    Work with FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis) and People Operations team to follow established staffing plan, staying in line with approved positions and hiring plans.
    Work closely with People Operations team to successfully onboard all new hires, including any pre-employment background testing.

    Prior experience with applicant tracking systems and/or candidate management systems required
     

Education & Relevant Experience

    BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
    2+ years’ successful and demonstrated recruiting experience, preferably in a high-tech, high growth, health care environment
    Experience with Workday Recruiting ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter or Recruiter Lite is very desirable
