About the Role:  

As a Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will work in a dynamic team environment, assisting with inbound and outbound calls. Working in a fast-paced and multitasking environment, you will assist Spanish-speaking customers with their banking and auto loan accounts. In this customer service based position, you will help defi SOLUTIONS achieve desired financial outcomes as defined by client objectives. Our clients include some of the largest financial institutions and automotive finance companies in the United States!

  

 Position Responsibilities: 
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to 

  • Authenticating account holders, dealers and authorized third-parties 
  • Process ACH payments over the phone 
  • Process bank change requests 
  • Provide payoff quotes to customers and dealerships 
  • Assist customers with early lease terminations 
  • Obtain proper mailing address for accounts place in return mail queue 
  • Process loan deferments 
  • Perform other duties as assigned 

 

Required Qualifications: 

  • High school diploma or GED 
  • One (1) year prior experience in a high-volume call center
  • Proven ability to deliver bilingual world class customer service in the Spanish language
  • MUST have reliable internet connection (stipend not included)
  • This position is virtual and requires a home office setting that is noise and distraction-free.
  • Motivated self-starter; driven to perform and maintain personal accountability in a remote work environment.
  • Effectively communicates with management and fellow associates
  • Regular work site attendance in accordance with Company’s Attendance Policy is required for this position
  • Intermediate proficiency with Windows based software programs (i.e. MS Word, Excel) 
  • Solid analytical and multi-tasking skills that result in solid decision-making skills and time management 
  • Easily manage through change 
  • Strong customer/client focus with the ability to resolve issues with a positive outcome and desire to deliver a high touch engagement with each customer 
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume office setting with great attention to detail 
  • Demonstrated ability to de-escalate customers turning bad experiences to positive ones 
  • Ability to manage high volume with high accuracy 

 

Preferred Qualifications  

  • Prior experience in a remote position
  • Prior auto and/ or banking experience
