Job Description


,- Complete ownership of the payroll process

- Resolution of employee queries in a time-bound manner.

- Responsible for managing India and GCC payroll operations.

- Ensure error-free Payroll Input (additions, deletions, deductions) validation of salary of existing employees, new employees

- Managing payroll-related legal and statutory compliance.

- Managing employee benefits programs.

- Responsible for calculating and processing of exit formalities based on exit procedures and completing the payment cycle as part of F&F; settlement

- Performing annual PMS exercise in the payroll (salary revision, rationalization & performance pay calculation)

- Responsible for various MIS reports(payroll MIS, headcount, attrition, wage cost etc)

- Provide advice to management on payroll procedures and practices, compliance with relevant obligations and to facilitate continuous improvement


4-5 years of experience in managing payroll related legal and statutory compliance (TDS, PF, PT etc)

A thorough understanding and sound knowledge of payroll systems, practices, procedures, statutory requirements and accounting standards in India

Ability to manage time well and perform under deadlines in a process-oriented environment

Comfortable with excel spreadsheets, word processing, and payroll software

Graduate in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources or related field

Outstanding communication skills (written and oral)
