About the team:

Our Provider Success team is responsible for:

  • Growing and managing Globality’s network of Service Providers across the categories of Consulting, Marketing, HR, Technology and Legal Services
  • Ensuring providers have a great experience as they use the Globality platform to represent their capabilities and experiences
  • Support Providers in furthering their business development initiatives on Globality
  • Partnering with the AI team to apply advancements in Machine Learning and data science to improve the way Providers onboard information on themselves and are matched to projects on Globality

Role Summary:

As the Director of Provider Success in North America, you will lead our North America Provider Success team. Your leadership will enable the growth and success of our network of providers.  You will lead Provider side rollouts at client implementations and develop partnerships to improve the reach and relevance of our network for clients.

We are still a young company and this is key leadership role within our team. We expect this individual to ramp up and take on wider leadership responsibilities as we scale this function

In this role, you will:

  • Lead a team to onboard and manage our network of Providers in North America
  • Develop engagement programs for the existing network of suppliers that keep them motivated and active on the Platform
  • Identify product improvements and partner with product teams to reduce friction for providers and make it easy for them to manage their business on Globality
  • Set up processes and mechanisms to reduce friction in provider onboarding
  • Build and scale partnerships with clients so that they make the right choices to meet business needs
  • Partner with clients to reduce the barriers they face in choosing suppliers they have little or no experience of working with

What we are looking for:

  • 15+ years of experience in business development, partnerships and program management
  • Strong analytical skills, experience in presenting to senior executives and skilled in written and oral communication
  • Strong process discipline with experience in setting up or developing processes, businesses or functions in their past jobs
  • Excellent time, planning and project management skills
  • The ability to work independently, with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • An empathetic approach when dealing with demanding clients and/or time sensitive situations
  • Passion to hire, motivate and scale a team
  • The ability to understand the big picture and execute with a high level of detail, understanding the context and motivations of others
  • Someone who is intellectually curious, actively seeking stretch opportunities and feedback, and is comfortable with uncertainty and change
  • An energetic individual with an optimistic, can-do attitude who has is motivated by our mission to increase economic inclusion
  • A natural team player who cares about, and assumes positive intent from others, and behaves in an authentic, honest and straightforward way
