By providing a “single source of truth,” we empower companies to evaluate opportunities and trends faster and more accurately, while saving them millions of dollars in manual data collection and analytics costs.
 
Cherre is looking for a marketing automation manager to create, manage, and optimize scalable marketing automation campaigns. This position will be responsible for managing and maintaining Pardot, and partnering with the Salesforce administration team to ensure alignment. The ideal candidate is a data-driven self-starter with a passion for metrics, data analysis, creative ideation, and strategy development.

Responsibilities:

    • Understand broader marketing strategy and program objectives in order to build and implement new Pardot campaign elements including emails, landing pages, segmentation lists, engagement programs, forms, and more.
    • Continuously monitor, optimize, and streamline existing Pardot campaigns and reports, field-mapping, automation rules, lists, etc.
    • Dive into Salesforce Analytics studio and build enhanced attribution reporting, pipeline reports, campaign influence reports, etc.
    • Work with marketing, sales, and operations teams to optimize the MQL to SQL journey through automated marketing campaign elements.
    • Partner with the marketing and sales team to develop new ABM campaigns and programs, execute necessary technical requirements in Pardot/Salesforce.
    • Capture campaign/program effectiveness and ROI, present learnings, experiments and recommendations to stakeholders across the business. 
    • Stay on top of automation best practices to stay ahead of global industry trends related to digital demand generation and multi-channel marketing.

Requirements:

    • B.A./B.S. in Business, Marketing, or equivalent.
    • Minimum of 3 years, prefer 5+ years of experience in marketing automation, operations, and performance marketing.
    • Hands-on experience with campaign building/execution, audience segmentation, email marketing, landing pages, lead generation, and reporting.
    • Ability to develop campaign strategies, segment, and target audiences for engagement and conversion.
    • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to translate campaign goals and objectives, into actionable campaign building/execution.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to effectively present information to cross-functional teams. 
    • Extremely detailed oriented with a passion for metrics and reporting. 
    • Advanced proficiency with with marketing automation tools (Pardot/Salesforce is preferred but Marketo/Salesforce works too) 
    • Experience with real estate and commercial real estate industry a strong plus
