As we continue to innovate and define the sector, we are looking for a talented and passionate Technical Recruiter to join the Engineering team in Cleveland. You will work closely with our CTO to build our team and own full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, interviewing, closing, and guiding candidates through the entire pipeline until their onboarding date. This is an exciting opportunity, as you will work cross functionally across teams including Finance, HR, and Legal.

Core Responsibilities

    • Manage and own full-cycle recruiting for various teams by executing on sourcing strategies, driving pipelines, and presenting offers to close candidates  
    • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and the leadership team to determine needs and priorities to create an effective recruiting process
    • Utilize market/industry knowledge to analyze metrics and optimize your search and reach-out strategy
    • Spearhead recruiting efforts and conduct phone screens for a wide variety of technical positions
    • Deliver a high-touch and remarkable experience for every candidate, walking them through the interview process
    • Track and monitor recruiting pipelines for weekly executive meetings
    • Act as the primary point of contact to build deep and influential candidate relationships during the entire interview process

What it Takes to be Successful

    • No experience is required, but we're looking for someone who is willing to roll-up their sleeves and actively learn and grow in this role
    • GPA of 3.5 and above
    • Proven organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands
    • Track record of solving complex problems and delivering significant impact as an individual contributor
    • Understanding of technical concepts preferred (Big data, database, platform, etc.)
    • Thrive in an ambiguous and fluid environment with a high drive to succeed
    • Bachelor's degree required
