Job Description

Reporting to the Manager of Talent Acquisition, Minted’s Recruiting Coordinator is a pivotal and highly leveraged role on our People team. As the Recruiting Coordinator, you will support the administrative and operational functions within Talent Acquisition to ensure a quality candidate experience. This role offers an opportunity to make an immediate positive impact while also gaining exposure to HR processes and the full life cycle of recruiting.

You will:

    • Partner with recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers to coordinate and schedule all onsite interviews, which will take place virtually through video conferencing until we return to work at our physical office locations
    • Be the first point of contact and “face” of Minted for all onsite candidate experiences
    • Post, update, maintain, and refresh job postings in our ATS (Lever) as well as other external job boards
    • Ensure all open headcount reqs are accurately reflected in Lever
    • Ensure all new hires are invited/entered into Lever as users and de-activated when termed
    • Generate all offer letters and ensure all relevant team members are notified of impending new hires
    • Manage, monitor, and respond to recruitment related emails (e.g. [email protected] address)
    • Coordinate additional logistics of the recruiting process, including but not limited to, arranging candidate travel when necessary, expense reimbursement, and offer letters
    • Partner with our People Operations team to ensure Lever is effectively used and data is accurate
    • Take on recruiter responsibilities on select roles and activities as experience, interest, and bandwidth increases
    • Be a lead and leader for our Q4 seasonal hiring
    • Project manage process and communications around Minted internships and on-campus recruiting activities, including serving as the liaison between Minted and university contacts, leading the recruitment, interview, and selection efforts
    • Assist in People Team-wide initiatives, including process improvement and accountability

You are:

    • Outgoing, friendly, and able to establish rapport quickly both with candidates and the internal Minted team, all while maintaining confidentiality and a high level of professionalism
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple competing priorities without compromising quality
    • A natural collaborator who also works well independently and focuses on team success
    • Flexible and able to gracefully maneuver and execute against changing priorities
    • Constantly on the lookout for ways to improve processes that will scale, enhance recruitment best practices, and elevate candidate experience

You have:

    • BA/BS or equivalent experience
    • 2-3+ years of experience in Recruiting or HR
    • In-depth experience with applicant tracking systems (Lever highly preferred)
    • Expertise in calendar tetris and managing competing interview schedules
    • Exceptional communication skills (strong written, verbal, and interpersonal)
    • Demonstrated success working on multiple projects while meeting deadlines and goals
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality
    • Bonus points for experience working in a high growth, fast paced environment
