Job Description

Reporting to the Sr. Mgr, Integrated Marketing, the Image & Content Integrated Marketing Associate role is responsible for activating Minted’s Artist Community to promote their Minted designs through social media platforms. This role will be responsible for educating and activating the existing artists within the Minted community as well as helping to source and onboard new artists. S/he will be responsible for developing and growing a massive content sharing program through which our artists leverage Minted imagery to promote their own products on social media platforms, namely Pinterest. 
 
This role will be highly cross-functional, working across Brand and Design, Marketing, and Artist Relations and is responsible for working with and sharing information with people at all levels across the company.

You will:

    • Work closely with the Brand and Design team to develop in situ and product photography imagery for our art, wedding, and moms businesses. You will work with the Brand and Design teams to refresh this imagery on a regular basis. 
    • Work closely with the Artist Relations team to share out in situ and product photography imagery with the Minted Artist Community. This role will be responsible for activating our current artist community to post in situ and product photography to their personal social media platforms, largely Pinterest.
    • Work closely with Artist Relations to source and activate new artists to join the Minted community. This person will have a good eye for artists and designers who are creating up-leveled goods that are on-brand for Minted and will appeal to current and future customers. 
    • Own community activation, education, and outreach with the Minted Artist community to ensure artists: (1) Understand the program and how it can benefit them; (2) Understand how to use Pinterest easily and successfully; (3) Have the imagery they need to be successful.
    • This role will own the success metrics of this community activation and outreach program to ensure we are meeting weekly and monthly success metrics around: (1) number of posts across our artist community and (2) engagement levels across posts. 
    • S/he will have his/her finger on the pulse of what products are trending and will be relevant to current and future Minted customers. S/he will also share any key learnings from successful posts to cross-functional teammates.

You have:

    • 2-4 years of experience in integrated marketing, community management, marketplaces or social media marketing. 
    • A passion for communication and working with a large community required - whether through broad-based email communication; 1:1 email communication; Social Media DMs; or group or 1:1 phone calls. 
    • Ability to flex between “in-the-weeds” projects as well as higher level strategy.
    • Strong project management skills, being detail-oriented, timely, and being able to identify dependencies to drive projects to completion.
    • Strong skills/facility with Google Sheets, Docs, & Presentations.
    • Skills in Adobe photoshop - preferred Bachelor’s degree
