JOB SUMMARY
 
THE PRODUCT MANAGER IS PART OF THE COMPANY'S PRODUCT AND TECHNOLOGY ORGANIZATION AND IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SETTING OF STRATEGIC PRODUCT DIRECTION ESTABLISHING AND MAINTAINING PRODUCT REQUIREMENTS AND ENSURING SUCCESSFUL REALIZATION OF PRODUCT STRATEGY ACROSS ALL MOVIUS PRODUCTS WITHIN OUR CHOSEN MARKET CATEGORIES AND CUSTOMER SEGMENT DOMAINS. THE PRIMARY FOCUS FOR THE PRODUCT MANAGER WILL BE ON DRIVING MOVIUS’S SAAS COMMUNICATIONS PLATFORM EVOLUTION AND CREATING A STRONG API BASED EXPOSURE OF SERVICES.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
• Own and drive the evolution of the Movius Applications and Management Portal including the Movius API, Infrastructure and services for the future.
• Stay on top of game on what is happening around and not just inside Movius.
• Engage and interface with Customer Success teams and gather Voice of the Customer feedback.
• Be a hands-on person in terms of grooming stories with engineering, UAT and DevOps teams.
• Develop presentations and support customer requirements and presentations for sales and executive leadership team members.
 
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS SKILL:
• Product Management experience with at least one of the three cloud technologies is a MUST: AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
• Experience working in an agile environment.
• Experience with Software Development Life Cycle.
• Ability to effectively communicate internally cross-functionally and foster driving outcomes collaboratively is a given need.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills are critical.
• Detail oriented individual with proven ability to prioritize and complete multiple projects concurrently and meet committed deadlines. Must not let important details slip through the cracks or derail a project.
• Experience creating and contributing to a software product evolution, evangelizing the product vision, and grooming stories.
 
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Experience in highly regulated environments such as financial services/healthcare
• Experience with CRM software including Salesforce
• Experience with Continuous Integration and DevOps
• Telecom background
• Knowledge of SIP stack, VoIP
 
EXPERIENCE
• Must have a bachelor’s degree in an associated field. An advanced degree such as a Master’s, MBA is a plus
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Manager and 7 years overall experience.
• Strong in business and financial analysis and in preparing and communicating business cases to senior executives.
• A passion for technology.
• Proven ability to set and execute strategy that moves products to market success.
