Role
 
We are looking for a Senior Manager, Offline Marketing to join the Candid™ team to Develop strategy and execution of Candid’s offline campaigns. You will help increase customer growth and brand awareness across TV, Audio (Podcasts, Streaming Radio), OOH and Direct Mail. You will report directly to our Chief Growth Officer in our NYC HQ. We will consider remote applicants. 


What You’ll Do 
  • Drive business performance across key Offline channels. Develop strategy, media planning, and execution of Candid’s offline campaigns to increase customer growth and brand awareness across TV (OTT and linear TV), Audio (Podcasts, Streaming Radio), Direct Mail, and OOH.
  • You will be the driving force behind the evolution and improvement of offline efforts including creative, coordination/partnership with Creative/Product/Product Marketing team
  • Will maintain and develop key external relationships with agencies and marketing partners and will constantly survey the landscape for new partners, services and tools that may enhance our campaign efforts
  • Responsible for planning, buying (Negotiation) analysis and execution of Offline media strategy in conjunction with studio expansion efforts. Able to articulate a vision and plan for Offline Marketing efforts 6 months in advance of flights.
  • Plan budget pacing, forecasting and reporting on key KPI’s on a weekly/quarterly basis for respective offline channels. Work in partnership with other Growth members to plan strategy for optimized CPA, scale, promo and pricing options.
  • Develop offline test & Learning agenda in partnership with Analytics and Growth Product teams to help scale and optimize all offline efforts
  • Partner with cross-functional partners including Product teams, Business Insights & Analytics as well as Creative teams to help prioritize workstreams and optimize towards meeting and exceeding planned goals for the year
 
What You’ll Need
  • Minimum 4‐6 years of experience in US offline marketing, including direct response, preferably in the e‐comm/DTC space.Excellent knowledge of the US offline market and relevant vendors.
  • Helpful to have strong professional network or deep familiarity with key channel partners/agencies
  • Strong campaign planning, buying (and negotiating) skills. 
  • Experience working cross-functionally with different teams around the org
