Job Description

The Account-Based Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing programs that generate new prospects and advance existing opportunities for the sales team within specific, targeted accounts and contacts.  They will act as liaisons between marketing, marketing operation, global field sales, channels, and demand generation to develop 1:1, and 1: few tactics designed to penetrate and accelerate opportunities for targeted account segments. The ABM Manager will lead, build, and measure marketing plans that consist of multi-touch programs as well as managing 3rd party vendors to meet pipeline requirements of account segments.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement target account strategy to support account-based selling

Develop and implement jointly with sales ABM programs to accelerate pipeline and lead generation for target account segments

Create quarterly marketing plans that focus on new logos and accelerate existing opportunities.

Interface with global sales to determine sales enablement needs

Prioritize and group accounts according to opportunity, buyer need, persona, solution and buying cycle.

Partner with content teams to provide campaign customization according to the analysis of buyer need

Design & execute 1:1, 1: few, and broad-based marketing initiatives to meet pipeline requirements of varied account segments

Work with marketing platforms to execute and manage the digital marketing efforts in support of ABM programs.

Continually optimize PPC & Paid Social campaign components including keyword strategy, ad copy, bid prices, cost per conversion, cost per click, audience optimization, etc.

Conduct A/B testing of messaging to improve response and conversion rates

Produce regular reports on campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization.

Ensure that each activity is tracked and measured. Report on performance with a focus on account coverage, reach, pipeline and ROI

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, and/or Business, or comparable education/experience

Minimum of 2-5 years experience in a high-tech B2B demand generation, ABM, or Digital Marketing role.

Proven track record designing and executing innovative account-based marketing programs including customized message development

Proven experience defining, collecting, and analyzing data insights

Experience with 6Sense, SFDC, HubSpot a plus

Understanding of paid media mix and managing a budget

Hands-on experience with PPC, SEM, paid social, retargeting, and programmatic buying a plus

Attention to detail and discipline to follow established policies and processes.

Ability to communicate and collaborate well with others

Data-driven & extremely organized

Flexibility to work in a rapidly changing environment

Proficiency with data and analytics
