About the Role
Eightfold.ai is looking for a Sr. Director of Integrated Marketing who can drive pipeline through integrated marketing campaigns.
 
Your job is to capture the attention of executives in the largest, most influential companies in the world. That takes a mix of creativity, clarity and chutzpah – something to cut through the noise in a very noisy world. Then we’ll scale it through a blend of data-driven targeting, automation and personalization.
 
The ideal marketer is innovative, motivated and should be both operational and strategic. You’ve done this before -- and want to own it again. You understand how to work cross-functionally to drive revenue and awareness. You’re responsible, proactive and own the outcome.
You’re able to influence across the organization, align teams, and garner support and feel comfortable standing your ground in the face of adversity. We’ll experiment, fail fast, learn, then win together. This role is fueled by bold thinking and creativity!
 
To begin, you’ll coordinate with the Sales and SDR team to prioritize accounts. You’ll design integrated marketing campaigns leveraging all our available channels (direct mail, email, digital, advertisements, Sales Development, etc) to help create engagements and ultimately pipeline. You’ll also have the best marketing/sales technologies at your fingertips to help you succeed (Salesforce, Marketo, Leadspace, LeanData, Salesloft, etc).
 
A marketing mentor for others, you’ll be measured based on your ability to impact pipeline and the scalable campaigns that you build.

Responsibilities:
  • Leveraging a variety of marketing channels into seamless, integrated account-based and vertical marketing campaigns that align with value propositions, messaging and company goals
  • Key liaison to the Sales Development and Sales teams to incorporate people, process, and technologies in alignment with campaigns
  • Own your metrics -- track, analyze and improve ROI to influence future marketing spend and programs
 
Requirements:
  • Experience developing cross-channel campaigns for B2B Enterprise companies, including direct mail, email, digital, advertising, Sales Development orchestration 
  • Highly organized, self-directed and excited about creating new innovative marketing campaigns
  • A bias toward execution with a demonstrated ability to grow pipeline at the Enterprise level
  • Ownership of enterprise-level campaigns with a six-month or longer sales cycle
  • Basic familiarity with marketing technologies that you’ll use to execute campaigns, including Salesforce, Marketo, Salesloft, etc.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, 2+ years of using marketing automation/CRM
