Job Description

FabFitFun is searching for a Consumer Insights Coordinator to join our rapidly growing Marketing department! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in market research and survey implementation at an eCommerce company and be able to consistently meet deadlines with a fast turnaround. If you have previously supported a merchandising, buying, or product development team, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

  • Assign, clarify, and review reporting and templated survey requests to Consumer Insights Assistant
  • Analyze survey email open, click, unsubscribe, and completion rates and make recommendations on how to further improve email scheduling and optimization
  • Organize concise reports and presentations summarizing consumer research findings, and share with stakeholders to help make key business decisions
  • Draft, program, launch, and analyze surveys for any ad hoc requests from Merchandising or other cross-collaborative teams
  • Assist in quarterly launch, analysis, and reporting of post seasonal box survey and ratings and reviews program
  • Manage the end to end process for seasonal box member research; create and program product and brand surveys, submit requests to analytics team, code open-ended responses, analyze results, and build charts to summarize insights

What You'll Bring:

  • At least 1 year experience in consumer marketing data collection and analysis
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or other related field 
  • Experience using a survey tool/platform is required (Qualtrics is a plus)
  • Strong background in Excel
  • Ability to analyze results and present findings in a clear and concise way
  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills
  • Confident in partnering with stakeholders across all levels of the organization
  • Working knowledge of Tableau is a bonus
