About Robin Healthcare

Robin Healthcare is an innovative healthcare partner that combines the power of artificial intelligence (AI), voice recognition, and domestic virtual medical scribes and care coordinators to solve healthcare biggest challenges and inefficiencies.

Job Description

Robin Healthcare is a tech-healthcare startup with a mission to transform our healthcare system from its very core: the doctor-patient encounter. We marry medical scribing with the Robin Assistant™, our proprietary smart device, to produce the highest quality medical notes for our physicians so they can focus their attention on patients, not paperwork.

This person and their reports will ideally be situated within a single product line in the product hierarchy; their role will be at least to act as a mentor and support structure for those reports and, in the absence of a senior-level IC on that product line, own setting goals, roles, and constraints for it.

What You'll Bring:

  • 3+ years experience in product management
  • 2+ years managing healthcare software products
  • 1+ year managing a team of direct reports
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty and ambiguity
  • Experience writing detailed stories, managing and prioritizing backlog health, and delivering with cross functional teams
  • Effective presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated track record of supporting individual growth through servant leadership
  • Customer and user centric
  • Analytical and data driven approach to problem solving
  • Excels at systems-level thinking
  • Training in analytical thinking, e.g. systems engineering, philosophy
  • Experienced working in an Agile development environment
  • Experience working with UX teams
  • Past experience participating in design sprints or working with design systems
  • Highly details and results oriented
  • Technical acumen and demonstrated ability partnering with Engineering
  • Ability to drive initiatives forward with influence and a collaborative working style

What We Offer:

  • Remote Work Environment
  • Generous Stock Options
  • Amazing Benefits - Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, etc.
  • Unlimited Vacation!
  • Work with brilliant, hard-working, caring people daily
  • Break new ground in a growing startup and change the world of healthcare!
