Job Description

THE JOB

We’re hiring for an experienced growth marketer and sales development leader who wants to join as the second marketing hire on our quickly growing team. You will be responsible for the strategy and execution of marketing programs that capture and nurture marketing leads across multiple channels. 

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Manage our campaigns — working to coordinate between internal stakeholders, agency partners, and contractors on all aspects of campaign management from conception to development to execution to measurement. 
  • Own our marketing automation strategy for marketing and set our sales team up for success to use our Hubspot marketing and sales tools. 
  • Own our content marketing strategy – and build out the content team as we grow. 
  • Own our advertising strategy and execution
  • Support sales reps with email content, sales collateral, and account research
  • Manage our growing SDR team (open rec for first SDR out now) 
  • Improve operational processes and reporting to measure effectiveness, performance and ROI of marketing spend.
  • Partner with the VP of marketing on product marketing and PR initiatives as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

  • BA/BS degree preferred and 5-10 years of professional work experience in marketing.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. You should be a great writer, speaker, and listener.
  • Comfortable writing technical content that an engineer would want to read.
  • Driven by data to make decisions – experience managing campaigns, measuring and optimizing them.
  • Experience marketing to an engineering audience – CTOs, VPs of engineering a big plus. 
  • Hubspot experience a plus. 
  • Experience with account-based marketing strategy a plus
