We are looking for a group of talented Interns to join us for 12 weeks starting in June 2021 on a part-time or full-time basis across multiple departments. Talkspace is committed to creating meaningful opportunities to those who are underrepresented in the discipline of Healthcare & Technology. In this role, you will help identify challenges, collaborate on solutions, and drive meaningful change in mental health access for all. Please note, this is a US-based remote internship program. 

 

About You 

  • Rising juniors and seniors in undergraduate degree, or currently enrolled in graduate programs
  • Commitment to working ~20-40 hours per week for entire duration of program depending on position/department’s needs
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Strong interest working in a fast-paced environment
  • Legally authorized to work in the US

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the day-to-day monitoring of provider quality so we can take timely actions on data and feedback 
  • Assist with enhanced quality monitoring of enterprise partnerships to ensure high quality of care/service for B2B clients (prevent churn of high revenue partnerships) 
  • Assist with communications to providers of concern and recruitment outreach
  • Assist with monitoring quality data and policy and procedure maintenance 
  • Build a QM machine learning review process for proactively finding and targeting providers who try to solicit clients off platform 
  • Build a process for timely remediation of poor engagement (1st 24 hours and beyond), adherence to LVS quality standards, and documentation completion 
  • Build a process of timely communication and transparency around quality issues via quality data (mentor tool, ranking, QM micro metrics)

  • Data analytic skills using Excel 
  • Professional email writing using Zendesk 
  • Policy and procedure development and management
