What are we looking for

We want an enthusiastic and organized Customer Service Content Specialist to join our awesome team.

We are looking for a Content Specialist to write, proofread and coordinate localization across different languages of customer service help content.

Content Specialist responsibilities include producing new help content as well as optimizing existing content to decrease contact rate. If you have excellent writing and editing skills in English and experience managing help content, we’d like to meet you.

The reader of your content is a customer looking for help to solve a problem, your most important goal when writing a help article is to make sure you have a clean writing, your sentences are well organized and your content is impossible to misunderstood.

The skills set

Write help content for our help centers and internal documentation.
Proofread, re-structure and edit existing content when needed.
Coordinate the localization of the content across all different languages.
Experience with Zendesk Guide and Support.
Monitor performance of existing help content.
Propose new article ideas when new product launches of changes occur.
Hands-on and can-do attitude, ready to grow with our company and teamwork player.
Comfortable with a high paced, dynamic environment in an international company. Excellent analytical skills.
Excellent communication skills and used to work cross-departmentally.
High level of English.

Experience in a SaaS company
Multi-cultural communication skills
English Bilingual or native

The salary range for this role: 30.000

We always included the salary ranges in all job offers in order to be clear about our expectations. In addition, we will discuss this range with you in the first recruiting call to assure that we are aligned.

- 📙  Personal Training Budget.

Up to 800€/year training budget (certifications, conferences attendance…) for investing in your professional development. We want to help you to improve your technical skills, feel involved in the product community, and develop your soft skills in order to lead teams or manage other stakeholders. Increased to 2000€ for Engineering and Product roles!

All team-members in Packlink are remote employees. You can decide (after covid) if you want to work in the office from 2 days per week up to 3 days per quarter. In addition, in your compensation offer, we will include 50€/month (600€ per year) in order to compensate for your expenses working from home.
