Job Description

Experienced and driven healthcare analytics professional who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Self-starter who can efficiently manage their time, while juggling multiple concurrent projects. Possesses expertise around data analysis and visualization, while also being able to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.

You Will

    • Initiate, develop, and maintain a relationship of trust with each client
    • Advocate client needs within Artemis while simultaneously managing client expectations
    • Serve as dedicated customer contact for Artemis methodologies, logic and reporting options
    • Coordinate efforts across multiple cross-functional internal teams
    • Clearly communicate analytics and findings to clients via phone, email, and in-person
    • Support the Artemis teams in managing deliverables and deadlines
    • Evaluate and synthesize customer healthcare claims and benefits related data to provide insights and summaries 
    • Create, curate and own customer specific reports in the Artemis platform 
    • Delve into data to discover discrepancies and patterns to ensure accurate reporting 

You Bring

    • 3+ years of employee benefits and/or Healthcare experience with a consultant, broker, health plan or health system
    • Hands-on experience supporting client relationships
    • An understanding of key performance measures and indicators that drive reporting and analytics
    • Deliver system training in a benefits/healthcare analytics environment 
    • Interpersonal skills when engaging internal and external teams as needed
