THE ROLE
Halo Health is seeking a Mid-Market Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This individual has a tenacious work ethic, is ambitious, and aspires to kickstart a successful career in sales. This position involves cold calling new potential clients, client referrals, and web leads. As the first line of outbound contact, you’ll become an expert in our customer journey, understanding the needs of our customers, and determining the right fit and the right time. Your convincing personality and passion for our mission will illustrate how Halo is transforming the delivery of healthcare.
 
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage the sales process from prospecting to close. Build and maintain an accurate and robust sales pipeline
• Schedule and perform online product demonstrations for prospects and clients alike. Provide strong inside sales, marketing, and sales engineering support
• Account research, identification of decision makers and influencers, learn their needs and tailor messaging based on role and current challenges
• Identify new business opportunities by finding prospects that fit our ideal client profile and creating sales opportunities where they do not currently exist
• Communicate our value proposition to prospects via phone, email, and social media
• Proactive, targeted outbound calling to generate new leads and opportunities within a select market
• Work as part of a cohesive sales team consisting of inside and outside sales professionals
• Collaborate with Marketing to develop & execute high value campaigns
• Ability to analyze the needs of a client and provide strategic business solutions
• Represents the company in a positive and professional manner; creates lasting, exceptional first impressions
 
KEY QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE)
• Bachelor’s degree
• 2+ years of experience in business development or sales environment
• 2+ years outbound cold calling experience
• 2+ years of full cycle sales experience, multi-tasking and strong time management skills
• Proven track record of meeting goals and exceeding quota targets
• Must be comfortable demonstrating software and speaking to technical and non-technical executives alike
• Positive, can-do attitude, self-motivated, and resilient
• Healthcare Sales experience
 
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS (PREFERRED)
• Salesforce Experience
• SaaS experience
