We're looking for a Senior Manager of Partner Success to help Honor's Partner Success team drive Partner experience and Partner growth across our network of in-home care agencies. Our team balances the art of account management and the science of growth and business strategy. 

About The Work

In this role, you will support a diverse set of strategic projects that will rely heavily on your growth expertise and communications skills. You will help ensure strong partner growth and organic revenue expansion across the Honor Care Network, all while supporting high quality care deliverables. 

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background devising growth strategies in a fast-paced environment. You are also an outstanding communicator capable of bringing these strategies to life through clear and compelling communication to our external and internal stakeholders. 

Reporting to the Head of Partner Success, this role requires strong project management skills, the ability to build trust and rapport with a diverse group of mission-driven Partners, and a passion for driving measurable results. A commitment to Honor's mission and an interest in being part of the team that is changing the way our parents age is what will fuel your ideas and energy. 

Some travel will be required once it is safe to do so.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, build and manage short- and long-term revenue generation efforts and the evaluation of these programs
  • Lead the development of a network-wide communications approach that ensures partners are well versed in growth initiatives and best practices
  • Manage a grou
  • Manage a book of home care Partner agencies to support their Honor Care Network growth and overall experience. 
  • Assist with new business development, including the expansion of the Honor Care Network through collaboration with our Sales team.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments including Sales, Marketing, Care and Corporate & Business Development to drive results that support Honor business objectives, Partner satisfaction and revenue growth.

About You

  • 6 or more years of experience in growth strategy, marketing or network sales, preferably in home care or an adjacent space. 
  • Proven track record driving business growth in a dynamic marketplace and within financial targets.  
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong data analysis skills and ability to form data-driven insights.
  • A strategic mindset and strong project management skills.
  • An ability to develop relationships, collaborate with and influence stakeholders of diverse backgrounds.
  • Enthusiasm, focus, and a positive outlook with a commitment to excellence and high performance. 
  • Self-motivated and entrepreneurial; ability to independently drive impact and “make things happen.
  • Passion/interest in senior care or health care.
What's Next?

Honor is remote friendly! We're hiring across the U.S., with an entirely virtual interview and onboarding process. Moving forward, no roles will require permanent relocation, but as conditions allow, we'll have office space for in-person collaboration in our San Francisco Bay Area, CA and Austin, TX hubs.
