WE ARE LOOKING FOR A SOLUTION CONSULTANT WHO

    Engages with customers & business prospects
    Understands and assesses their requirements
    Prepare, presents and demonstrates MyGuide capabilities to customers and prospects in a manner that aligns with their requirements
    Has good understanding of SAML & OAuth based SSO; in the context of Federated IAM
    Has strong experience of working with databases such as MySQL, Postgres to write complex queries
    Has hands-on experience using logging and error monitoring tools
    Has a solid understanding of JavaScript, DOM and Web App frameworks
    Has good knowledge on REST & SOAP Web Service standards
    Engages with product owners, business users and customers in analyzing functional and nonfunctional requirements to help support product and integrations related design decisions
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    Has experience of working with JIRA to create & track issues

Requirements

AN IDEAL CANDIDATE MUST HAVE

    3+ years of experience
    Experience in a customer facing engineering role
    Ability to craft and deliver compelling message tailored for the audience
    An understanding of APIs and security principles
    Ability to create and present solutions to different levels of stakeholders
    Experience with web application, Digital Adoption Platform and SaaS platforms
