Job Description

The Engagement Manager is responsible for supporting the Field Operations team during deployment engagements to ensure customer success. The Engagement Manager defines schedules, assigns resources, and keeps stakeholders informed of project progress. Engagement Managers serve as an important role in establishing our customers’ success.  
This role puts you front and center as a key part of the team that owns customer deployments. Be part of a team that’s hands-on and onsite at power plants, substations, manufacturing floors, and refineries (just to name a few), while performing installations and assisting our customers in monitoring and safeguarding their infrastructure.


        Drive success by managing and coordinating customer engagements from kickoff through deployment completion
        Work in close collaboration with sales to understand customers’ needs and their success criteria
        Support the field teams by identifying and navigating potential obstacles and risks
        Lead resourcing and deliver documentation, data summaries, and weekly status reports
        Iteratively improve deliverables and engagements through constant refinement of processes


        3 years of project management experience, preferably in information security or similar field
        Ability to handle multiple projects and deliverables across an array of offerings and customers
        Effective time management and prioritization skills
        Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
        Ability to quickly solve problems
        Must be able to pass background checks
