Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on HR Business Partner to provide end-end HR support for multiple business groups in a dynamic and collaborative environment. MATRIXX is growing rapidly with employees in over 20 countries. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a global, high-growth organization. The ideal candidate will take on multiple projects and pivot, as needed, without losing sight of the deliverables. You will demonstrate a broad scope of knowledge and experience to proactively contribute to the planning and delivery of HR programs and initiatives.


What You Will Do

  • Participate and enhance company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., salary reviews, equity refreshes, workforce planning, and organizational change).
  • Resolve employee relations issues through organizational, cultural, and process oriented development.
  • Partner with managers and employees to maximize performance and organizational effectiveness.
  • Drive effective employee engagement through clear communication of programs and policies.
  • Manage the day-to-day HR initiatives, such as maintaining and administration of policies, leave of absence administration, programs, our employee handbooks, employment verifications, visa letters.
  • Take ownership of on- and off-boarding activities from new hire orientation to exit interviews, escalating insights to management when necessary.
  • Analyze data and market trends to develop proactive solutions to further support business objectives.
  • Write, edit, and release HR internal communication documents and programs that support the organization. Ensure the “MATRIXX voice” permeates messaging to employees and stakeholders.


What You Bring

  • Degree in Human Resources/Business/ English or other related fields
  • 3+ years of HR Generalist/Business Partner experience, preferably supporting multiple countries.
  • Solid business acumen to implement solutions and drive desired outcomes.
  • Proven experience successfully partnering with business group leadership to develop and implement HR strategies.
  • Sound relationship building, coaching, influencing, facilitation, and collaboration skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple, complex issues and prioritize projects concurrently.
  • Proven ability to promote continuous process improvement, problem-solving and data integrity.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech savvy: Proficient in MS suite (Excel, PowerPoint), HCM/HRIS
