Role Summary
The person will be a key member of the HR team and will be responsible to manage HR initiatives, programs and processes. The person needs to have 4-6 years of strong experience in the below-mentioned areas:
• HR project management – Drive and track change initiatives for HR processes including onboarding, event management, engagement, etc.
• Compliance – Management of labor laws and case management.
• HR Systems and Processes: Manage HR process administration and HR systems including those for Case management, PMS, HRIS, Learning management systems. Drive and implement and new systems set up in the organization.
• Analytics and dashboards- done and created analytics about HR as a function, monitors and maintains it on a periodic basis.
Role Description
HR Project Management:
• Devising and owning the HR Project plan and ensuring key milestones are identified and communicated to key stakeholders. Drive the execution of projects in a timely manner.
• Working with the HR Business Partners, Employee experience manager, and project team to ensure the delivery of key project milestones on time.
• Make sure the onboarding of employees is streamlined and happening in a systematic manner.
• Help in facilitating management of events happening in the company, work closely with the people communication manager to help to post about key events on social media HR Analytics and Dashboard.
• Compile HR data from the human resource information system (HRIS) and report on metrics.
• Support recruiting processes with data and statistics for trends and patterns.
• Assess, analyze and present results from our employee performance reviews.
• Publish Monthly, Quarterly, and Half-yearly HR dashboards.
• Report on progress on HR initiatives, track progress trends and identify corrective actions.
• Forecast costs for the HR department and help create budgets.
• Analyze employees’ answers to internal surveys (like job satisfaction surveys).
• Needs to be strong in HR analytics, dashboard, presentations, and reporting tools.
HR Systems and processes
• Should have knowledge in administration of HR systems be it case management, performance management system, Rewards platform, or HRIS.
• Should have implemented HR systems in a prior role, and help to do the same here.
• Will need to work with multiple stakeholders to implement and configure changes to the systems Compliance rules and laws.
• Stay up to date on all employee-related legislative and regulatory changes and/or developments, and ensure changes to rules and regulations are reflected within HR systems, policies, articles, and HR practices.
• Research changes in laws and regulations. Analyze their impact on the organization and communicate findings to stakeholders
• Collaborate with other functional areas like Legal, Payroll, IT, and other stakeholders for the delivery of compliance programs and training to employees.
• Input all compliance-related interactions and employee relations matters in the case management system.
• Handle sensitive employee reports or information with care.
About the Person
• Should have 4+ years of experience, as HR generalists in organizations of repute, preferably technology start-ups.
• Masters Degree in HR.
• Should come with excellent interpersonal skills, be energetic, proactive, agile, aggressive(can drive projects to closure), and have a structured thought process.
• Should have experience of working in high growth, fast-paced, culture-centric environment
• Have a data-driven mindset and experience with data/analytics.
