THE ROLE
 
As part of the Customer Excellence PMO you'll manage strategic projects using our framework and best practices. You'll oversee the lifecycle and engage with executive and technical team members to achieve the project goals. You'll also have an active role in our portfolio, reporting to executive team members and stewarding projects.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • Stakeholder management, identifying roles, responsibilities, and needs, whilst managing the relationship
    • Help identify the vision, mission, success criteria, and expected impact of projects
    • Ensure the scope, timeline and deliverables meet the needs of our executive team members. Coordinate with other teams to ensure delivery.
    • Perform risk management and implement appropriate handling strategies. Manage dependencies and associated fulfillment strategies
    • Document projects following the PMO guidelines to guarantee scalable execution. Share the lessons learned
    • Keep effective communication during the project to ensure execution transparency
    • Help accomplish the PMO strategy through the evolution of its frameworks and associated analytics

WHO YOU ARE

    • Graduated in Information Systems or related, with 7+ years of working experience and 5+ years in Project Management
    • Experience managing large-scale complex technical projects in multinational organizations with multicultural teams
    • Fluent in Portuguese and English, with the capability to build relationships at multiple levels in the organization
    • Knowledge of agile frameworks such as Scrum and associated tools is mandatory. Project Management certifications will be valued
    • Experience in Portfolio and Program Management will be valued, as will be past experience in a PMO
    • Detail oriented with an ability to assimilate, sort through and aggregate complex information
