We are seeking a highly motivated scientist to join our growing in vitro biology team.  The successful candidate will be a key member of a team involved in multiple projects at various stages of development, including the identification and validation of new targets.  The position requires experience working with primary human cells, cell lines, and experience in assay development and optimization.

You are perfect for this role if you are engaged by and want to be responsible for:

    Performing a broad range of immunological/cellular biology assays
    Generation of in vitro data package to support advancement of projects into development
    Initiate campaigns; develop and troubleshoot complex experiments
    Interacting and collaborating with scientists across the Research organization

We would be thrilled if you brought the following with you:

    PhD in a relevant field (biology/immunology) with a minimum of 5 years’ relevant research experience; industry experience a plus.
    Deep experience with human in vitro cellular techniques, including primary human cell culture, multi-parameter flow cytometry, cell separation/sorting, and functional assays
    Experience working with T-cells or hematopoietic stem cells
    Experience performing ELISAs, MSD, and/or Luminex-based assays
    Must be a creative, organized, motivated self-starter, capable of independent research with minimal supervision
    The position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a highly collaborative, fast-paced team
