Job Description

Datapeople helps recruiting teams make more thoughtful and accurate decisions about their recruiting process, from the job posts they write to the data they report on. We've got some of the most engaged customers in the business, and we are building a sales team that reflects our customer focus and our mission. As an early sales hire, you'll report to our Head of Sales, be a part of shaping our sales strategy and organization and have the opportunities to grow into a leadership role.

You will:

  • Partner with our largest clients to understand issues in their talent pipelines and opportunities to make their job content more engaging and inclusive.
  • Be a guide to prospective customers throughout their sales journey with us, listening to their needs and helping them evaluate Datapeople as a potential solution for their hiring efforts.
  • Provide demos of our editor to potential customers.
  • Be the voice of the customer and the market, advocating for product and process changes that can better help serve our clients.
  • Partner in annual RFP processes.
  • Work with our team to achieve sales goals.
  • Work with our scientists and customer success team to support and set expectations for customers.
  • Help expand our CRM systems.

You have:

  • 5+ years of professional Mid market/Enterprise quota-based sales experience in SaaS Enterprise software
  • 3+ years of experience in technical sales demos, presentations - open to non-traditional sales/growth backgrounds
  • Familiarity with any major applicant tracking systems/ATS, HRIS, or any HR technology solution
  • Work authorization in the United States
