The Growth team at Plaid combines deep technical, product, and industry knowledge to help our customers build and scale amazing applications. We believe that the way consumers and businesses interact with their finances will drastically improve in the next few years.
 
You will be responsible for working directly with key stakeholders ranging from developers to executives to help them create the applications that will empower businesses and consumers with their financial data. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers and will work with them on all stages of integrations, scaling, and product expansion. As part of the Mid Market Account Management Team, you’ll be working with our earliest and highest-potential customers, and be responsible for nurturing those relationships so they continue to grow successfully with Plaid.

What excites you

    • Own the overall relationship with your portfolio of strategic customers
    • Build relationships with developers and founders to retain and grow revenue
    • Help customers integrate and launch on Plaid
    • Manage contract renewals and lead commercial negotiations for contract upgrades
    • Solve complex customer challenges through creative problem solving by working cross-functionally with Sales, Risk, Legal, Commercial, Marketing, and BizOps
    • Key success metrics are fast launch rates, driving revenue growth, and customer happiness
    • Develop and implement strategies that increase customer product adoption, engagement, and growth at scale
