About your role:

Brands and Retailers dynamic is at the heart of our strategy. Our customers are professionals who are expecting service excellence and help in order to be successful. We are looking for exceptionally driven talents, eager to revolutionize independant commerce. You will be reporting to the Team Leader Brand Success and your role will be more specifically :

  • Become an expert for Brands to support their retailer acquisition
  • Be aware of retailer challenges and articulate Ankorstore value proposition
  • Provide extra support on low-tiers brands
  • Conduct high volume of calling and mailing to drive referral adoption
  • Generate additional revenues for our Brands through education and upsell strategies
  • Become a trusted agent by providing effective prospection and sales strategy
  • Promote Ankorstore Network features and Prospection Tools
  • Work closely with Key Account Managers to ensure overall satisfaction of Brands
  • Deal efficiently either by e-mail or by phone with the objections raised
  • Contribute to product development by providing feedback and requests for new features from our Brands

Preferred experience

The experience we require:

  • At least 2-3 years in an account executive / customer success role : you will be one of our first employee on this role and will contribute to the team’s growth
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Comfortable working with CRM (Hubspot, Salesforce)
