We are currently looking for an Performance Marketing Manager  to join the Pouch team in our office in London who is passionate about building products that customers love and building relationships with some of the UKs biggest brands. Amongst many exciting challenges, you will:

  • Grow our user base by achieving downloads of our browser extension, Pouch, through paid channels. 
  • Be responsible for reaching our target market by building scalable, multi touch paid campaigns on Facebook, SEM, Display (Outbrain, Taboola, GDN, Gmail) Social Media (Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube)
  • Brainstorm new and innovative ideas for user growth and campaigns.
  • Work with our amazing design team to create world beating campaigns for our paid channels. 
  • Assist in the maintenance and measuring of reports, budgets and campaigns. 
  • Own and implement our paid marketing strategies according to the Business objectives and KPIs.  
  • Run conversion experiments to maximise our budgets. 
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to align communications across all channels to ensure a consistent brand image and voice. 

We are a match if you have…

  • At least 2 - 3 years of experience in user acquisition 
  • Excellent knowledge of the internet and e-commerce sector
  • Analytical 
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to solve unforeseen problems logically and strategically
  • Intercultural awareness and the ability to work in a dynamic matrix organization
  • An entrepreneurial, data driven decision making mentality and sound business
