We are currently looking for a Global Venture Development Manager  to join our Global Growth Team in our office in Munich. Amongst many exciting challenges, you will:

  • Lead innovative growth projects on a global level for the expansion of the solutions portfolio of GSG
  • Perform market research and analysis in preparation for Go-To-Market
  • Develop GoLive strategies and Go-To-Market roadmaps
  • Build and foster relationships with potential cooperation partners for product roll-outs
  • Pursue, track, and report on set of strategic KPIs around Business Development
  • Be the internal lead for pushing growth solutions internally across functions (Product, Tech, Operations, etc.)

We are a match if you have...

  • BSc or MSc in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or similar
  • 2+ years of working experience within a relevant field e.g. Business Development, Account Management, Project management etc.
  • An entrepreneurial drive and ability to achieve goals in a fast paced environment
  • A proactive attitude and excellent partnership management skills 
  • Good knowledge of the internet and e-commerce sector
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to solve unforeseen problems logically and strategically
  • Data driven decision making mentality and sound business judgement through analytical thinking
  • Awareness and the ability to work in a dynamic matrix organisation
  • Fluent German and English skills required, other languages are a plus
