We are seeking a Sensors Engineer to work on variety of sensors used in smart buildings. As a Sensors Engineer, you will work with a cross-functional team to define the success metrics and influence product design. You need to take ownership of defining, executing, and testing different types of sensors.

You thrive under tight deadlines and changing development requirements in this innovative field.    



  • Design, analyze, validate and document different sensing elements of View devices.
  • Create testing platforms, define system and component level test and validation plans.
  • Execute test plans on sensing elements and perform system analysis to optimize for performance and failures.
  •  Document calibration, test plans, validations, and characterizations in appropriate Standard Operating Procedure documents.
  • Own the work and address all aspects of sensor readiness, including manufacturability and product validation.
  • Travel to factory to oversee product builds and help test station bring-up, failure analysis and debug.


  • Strong programming skills in Python/Matlab 
  • Experience in data analysis and engineering documentation 
  • Exposure to sensor testing process, firmware, DSP, MCUs.
  • EE schematics and multilayered PCB layout using CAD tools such as Altium. 
  • Design and Analysis tools such as Ansys, Comsol, Pspice  


  • MS or PhD in EE/Physics/Mech Eng. or Mechatronics or an equivalent area of study
  • Bachelors in above field with at least 2+ years of research or industrial experience, working with sensors.
