Job Description:
As a Project Manager, you will manage the coordination and completion of projects with increasing levels of complexity and scope. You will ensure all deliverables are on time and within scope and budget. You will work directly with customer-side stakeholders, supplier partners, and the engineering team in connection with project deliverables. 
You will be responsible for developing and tracking project plans, reports, and raising flags/risks to both internal management and client leadership. You will use your project management expertise, and experience to plan and accomplish goals while planning, leading, and delivering projects on time. 
The ideal candidate will demonstrate broad project and client leadership management skills, progressive proficiency in the development of associates and teams, and the usage of various project management methodologies, collaborative and communication tools including Excel, PowerPoint. PMP or project management certification is a plus.


      • Ensuring each project stays on schedule and adheres to the deadlines.
      • Work with software engineers to ensure product issues are addressed and maintain RCAs. Discuss them with customers to ensure all client expectations are met within SLA’s. 
      • Creating a project tracker, issue tracker and ensuring the project adheres to the timelines always. 
      • Determining and overseeing consistent testing, evaluation, and troubleshooting of all products.
      • Tracking milestones, deliverables, and change requests.
      • Create weekly, monthly, quarterly updates to share with internal management and client stakeholders.
      • Serving as a liaison to communicate information regarding changes, milestones reached, and other pertinent information.
      • Delivering completed software products to clients and performing regular checks on the products' performance.


    • Degree in information technology, software development management, software engineering, computer science, or a related field.
    • 3+ years of project management experience
    • Proven experience in project management and software development.
    • Good working knowledge of project estimation techniques.
    • Have technical knowledge and understanding.
    • Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills. Comfortable with spreadsheets, tools like Slack, Jira etc.
