Productiv is looking for a Product Marketing Manager who’s eager to build out a product marketing function. This role will report directly into the Head of Marketing and will have mentorship and support from senior members of the team.  

This is one of those rare positions where you'll get to be strategic in shaping our product marketing strategy, while still rolling your sleeves up and getting to do the high-impact work of creating sales collateral, working on competitive analysis, and launching products.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Shape the communication around the business value proposition as well as feature and product level messaging.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to ensure a fantastic experience as people journey from Lead to Prospect, and from Customer to Advocate.
  • Work closely with Demand Gen to accelerate customer targeting and acquisition
  • Be integral in establishing a thought leadership point of view and company brand

You have:

  • Strong experience in product marketing for B2B technology sales (2+ Years)
  • Proven results driving messaging that accelerates the customer journey
  • Strong experience partnering and enabling sales teams 
  • A bias of quick and decisive action
  • A proven data-driven approach to iterating on content and enablement materials
  • Growth mindset, thriving on challenges and opportunities in a fast-paced, startup environment
