We’re looking for a data-driven Business Analyst + Project Manager to join our Operations team. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you’ll support managing, analyzing and reporting on all in-market operations and new initiatives. For each initiative, you visualize what success looks like and do whatever it takes to drive it to completion. If you’re laser-focused on outcomes and KPIs, inspired by curiosity and are eager to drive operational excellence, this is a role for you. 

How you’ll help us be successful

As the Business Analyst + Project Manager, you will be responsible for taking ownership of aspects of our field operations and identifying areas for improvement. Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Gather, interpret, and analyze data - find patterns and trends throughout to help identify opportunities and optimize results
  • Present data in simplified ways + prepare material for field audience
  • Identify data, process and technology issues through monitoring and measuring operational performance
  • Improve existing workflows and find areas of improvement and opportunities for automation
  • Drive planning and execution of cross-functional initiatives through operational execution and metric tracking
  • Analyze performance of localized initiatives ensuring key milestones are met

Who you are

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 2-4  years of work experience within planning or analytics
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Business-savvy with experience working with operations, sales and/ or marketing teams
  • Expert in Excel, Google Sheets and data analyzing; experience in Looker and/or  SQL preferred
  • Excellent problem-solving, task prioritization, follow-up, and quick learning skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with dedication, passion and motivation
  • Strong personal and interpersonal skills; team player always
