About You:

      • Do you thrive in a role with autonomy?

Your key performance objectives:

      • Develop and grow a team- Our employee demographic is made up of full-time and part-time staff. You will help support the vision and drive the direction of The Wing reopening.  This leader will be obsessed with developing the best and willingly develop and coach them to maximize  their potential.
      • Ensure high customer satisfaction - Effectively lead  team members to anticipate and be attentive to  the needs of community members.  Take ownership of the shift by running efficiently and  ensuring team members are utilized  effectively.  Deploy best practices and processes in all aspects of operations and  handle or escalate member complaints with empathy, efficiency, and effective communication.  
      •  Build flourishing communities- Lead by example with a strong sense of community  and help create an  intentional and inclusive environment aligned to the needs of our team members  and any member of The Wing  community.
      • Demonstrate operational excellence- Be highly adept in day-to-day business operation functions, while upholding policies and procedures - this includes but is not limited to:
 
Leading & Owning the shift - the team, the space, the members
Planning the shift - arranging deployment, opening & closing of space, leading top of shift huddle
Ensuring space operations processes are executed as smoothly as possible
Coaching team members and leading through all required space activities/responsibilities 
Providing communication and guidance to team members including sharing conference rooms and event bookings and new operational needs to be executed 
Answering member questions or resolving member situations or issues
Executing on all zone responsibilities given space needs 
When appropriate, assisting with ordering and inventory for all areas of the space
Collaborating with GM to consistently monitor, coach, and encourage all staff to meet the Wing service and brand standards through positive reinforcement
 

You have proven performance in:

    •   Hospitality, retail or customer service role
    •   Making quick but sound judgments and decisions
    •   Customer satisfaction 
    •   Teamwork and working cross functionally
    •   Leading teams of 2 or more people  

Nice to have but not required:

    • Extensive hospitality background 
    • Experience in high volume, fast-paced environment 

Physical Requirements:

      • Ability to carry up to 30lbs 
      • Ability to stand or walk for long stretches of time
