Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and supporting our sales processes, tools, and sales team. Reporting directly to the Sales Operations Manager, you will support the development of key aspects of our processes and implement KPI analytics to provide insights to ensure we efficiently manage the key drivers to our success. This role will be an integral part of the rhythm of business on the sales team.
 
What you will do
• Assist in expanding our dynamic sales process by proactively supporting the expansion and implementation of our sales processes within Salesforce 
• Design reports and dashboards in Salesforce per requirements and business need 
• Analyze sales data to aid the organization's forecasting and planning efforts and identify areas of opportunity
• Provide administrative support to the sales team allowing for enhanced account and opportunity management
• Establish processes for information maintenance and alignment with Salesforce and other tools that integrate with it
• Reduce bottlenecks to increase the velocity of the sales process and introduce sales automation tools where appropriate
• Support key strategic and operational initiatives through analyses and problem-solving

Desired skills and experience
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Intermediate / advanced Salesforce experience
• 1-3 years of sales operations experience, preferably within a startup or SaaS environment
• Intermediate / advanced experience with with Microsoft including PowerPoint and Excel
• Ability to perform advanced computing functions
• Familiarity with process development and implementation
